Josie is my oldest friend and I think the world of her. She's absolutely fantastic. I can always count on her for good advice. We've been best friends our whole lives and I really look up to her as a positive role model in my life. I am extremely honored to have her in our wedding. Josie is embarking on her career as a journalist and is the finest writer you'll ever meet.
Brooke L.
Brooke and I were room mates from August of 2000 to the summer of 2003. During the 3 years we lived together, Brooke would start off every Saturday morning with one of her famous pancake breakfasts...a tradition that became a fast favorite among our friends! We've stayed close friends even though we no longer share an apartment. Brooke has a great sense of humor and always makes me laugh. She is currently spending a month in Australia but will be flying home to celebrate our Big Day with us. We cannot wait to see her!!
Amanda J.
Amanda is Matt's "big" sister and over the past 6 years has become one of my dearest friends. When we told her that we were engaged she litterally screamed so loud everyone within a block turned to look at us. She has told me that she couldn't ask for a better sister-in-law, and I feel the same about her. She has always made me feel like a member of the family and soon we will make it official! Amanda, I can't wait to be your sister!!
The Guys
Jay V.
Jay and Matt grew up together and have been friends since they were about 2 years old. He's one of the nicest guys in the world. Jay is an aspiring film maker who has recently began work on an independent film in Vancouver, Canada.
Steve B.
Steve is one of Matt's longtime friends. They met in high school and have pretty much been inseparable ever since. Steve is currently studying to become a landscape architect and will be graduating next spring. On the weekends, Steve also works as a lifeguard at the pool where Matt works part time.
Ryan A.
Ryan is that guy. The guy who always has your back and you can always count on to be there when there is heavy lifting involved. Matt and Ryan have been weekend golf buddies for the past 2 years and Ryan never misses an opportunity to tell the story of how Matt's golf ball, and then Matt, went into the water on the 18th hole. Ryan recently got engaged to Brooke whom he met and fell in love with after we introduced them and a dinner party!
